Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Forge Fire BBQ.

For standard products purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Returned goods should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Made-to-order and custom products

Some Forge Fire BBQ products are made to order. Where a product is genuinely made to your individual specifications or personalised for you, the standard change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described. 

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Where applicable, standard delivery costs will also be refunded. 

To start a return, please contact us at forgefirebbq@gmail.com before sending any item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
